Trainee Customer Service and Business Consulting

We support young people and we are eager to help them in building skills and knowledge, and further their careers. All participants in the internship academy will have the opportunity to gain direct practical experience enabling them to participate in innovative projects that meet the current business demands

Required Experience:

  • Technical degree (math, computer science, physics, engineering)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, utilities and scripting
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills

Advantage Expertise:

  • Knowledge of SQL and ORM frameworks is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Java / JavaScript will be considered as an advantage

Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Configure and setup customer solutions
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
