Required Experience:
- 5+ years experience in management of software projects
- 3+ years experience as a Senior Developer/Software Architect
- Deep knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST and messaging protocols
- Professional experience with microservice design, implementation, scaling and failover methods
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes will be considered as a plus
- Excellent understanding of DevOps practices participating together in the entire service lifecycle, from design through the development process to production support
- Ability to present solutions to senior-level audiences and to communicate with highly technical Management and Product teams
- Good planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities and Goals:
- Design the architecture of different microservice solutions and interactions between them
- Recommend, build and grow best architecturе practices
- Drive knowledge sharing throughout the organization
- Analyse the business model and translate it into an integrated data, information and IT model according company's requirements
- Act as development authority for selected services, platforms and design issues
- Conduct architecture reviews of team member’s work to ensure quality of work
- Coach and mentor within the Development team
