HR & Office Magician

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR&Office Magician.

Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Create a cozy, welcoming environment in the office common areas and keep the whole team up-to-date with daily news and information
  • Welcome visitors and get new employees settled in the office
  • Take good care of the office/kitchen inventory (make sure we have all the supplies, food, etc. needed)
  • Support and organize CSR projects and events, summary of activities, etc.
  • Tackle with poise and diplomacy all vendor related tasks
  • Participate and facilitate Employee Experience Initiatives and team building activities
  • Come up with fresh ideas on how to improve the work-life balance/ wellbeing of the team
  • Administer the flow of HR paperwork and keep the master calendar up-to-date


  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Fresh graduate
  • Strong understanding of company culture and great skill in negotiation and diplomacy 
  •  Advanced MS Office user (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Resilience and adaptability to the dynamic work environment 
  • Desire to grow on both personal and professional level
  • Enthusiastic, helpful and willing to take on responsibilities
  • Very high attention to detail, precision, and problem solving skills


  • University graduate with a previous professional experience preferably in office management or administration
  • Knowledge of HR systems and procedures 
  • Driving license
